Our story

Eating out should be enjoyable for all.

When Lezli and her family had to cut gluten overnight, she started teaching herself to recreate the comfort foods she missed most — first her favorite Christmas snack cakes, then cinnamon rolls and flaky biscuits.

Underwhelmed by Chattanooga’s gluten-free options, she took her bakes to local markets. After a rocky first location and an incredible Kickstarter from this community, Carving Rock Kitchen found its home downtown on MLK.
